He also is charged with both managing existing properties and forging new partnerships and content opportunities to fuel the SPTI pipeline. He works with SPTI's distribution, production and networks business lines to design product offerings, communicate the mobile product slate across SPTI, and strategize product roll-out by territory. He is charged with identifying cross-company digital content opportunities, either repurposing existing content or co-developing proprietary content opportunities for multi-regional deployment. He also oversees SPTI's mobile gaming strategy.

Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Pablo worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a market and financial researcher for the space telecommunications sector. His previous work experiences include financial modeling of market behaviour at Societe Generale and CDC Ixis banks in France, as well as management positions at industrial groups such as Air Liquide.
His work about the financial impact of the development of new technologies in the telecommunications sector has been published in international scientific journals, and has been presented in several telecommunications congress and conferences in the United States and Europe. His current activities include the development of optimized business models for Mobile TV, as well as the promotion of mobile broadcast technologies in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Pablo is a graduate from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in France and a Masters degree in "Technology and Policy" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
